Withdrawal Pending? What to Check Before You Contact Support

A pending withdrawal is stressful, but most delays have an ordinary cause you can see from inside your own account. Go through these checks first; if none explains it, you will have exactly the information support needs.

Withdrawals move through several stages: your request is submitted, reviewed against the account's rules, sent to the payment provider, and finally credited by your bank. A delay at any of those points shows up to you simply as "pending". The good news is that the information needed to work out which stage is stuck is almost always visible in your account. Processing times vary by method and situation, so this guide does not promise a fixed number of hours; instead it shows you how to find out what is actually happening.

Step 1: Read the exact status and reference

Open your transaction or withdrawal history and find the request. Note three things: the status wording, the order or reference number, and the time you submitted it. "Pending" or "processing" means the request is still in the queue; "rejected" or "failed" usually means the amount has returned to your balance with a reason attached; "success" or "completed" means it has left the platform and any remaining delay is on the banking side.

Step 2: Check the bound bank account or UPI ID

Incorrect payout details are the single most common reason a withdrawal fails or bounces back. In the account area, look at the bank account or UPI ID you have bound and confirm:

  • the account holder name is your own and matches your bank records exactly, including spelling;
  • the account number has every digit correct;
  • the IFSC code belongs to your branch (a wrong IFSC sends the payment to the wrong bank or bounces it);
  • the UPI ID is active and linked to an account in your name.

If something is wrong, correct it according to the rules shown in the app; changes to payout details can trigger extra checks, which is normal security behaviour.

Step 3: Check bonus and wagering conditions

If you accepted a bonus, a gift code reward or a deposit offer, the balance may carry a wagering requirement, meaning you need to place a certain total of bets before it can be withdrawn. Withdrawals requested before that is met can be held or rejected. The promotion terms and your account area show the remaining requirement. Our gift code guide and the promotions page explain how these conditions work.

Step 4: Consider timing and limits

  • Banking hours and holidays can slow the final credit even after the platform has sent the payment.
  • First withdrawals are commonly reviewed more carefully than later ones.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts and daily limits differ by method. The withdrawal screen shows the current limits.
  • Several requests at once can queue behind each other; avoid cancelling and resubmitting repeatedly.

The payment methods page describes how each method is generally processed.

Step 5: If the status says completed but nothing arrived

Once a withdrawal shows as completed, check your bank statement or UPI app rather than only the SMS alerts, which are sometimes delayed. Look for the amount and a reference that matches. If you still cannot find it after a reasonable wait, contact customer service with the reference number; they can share the payment provider's transaction reference (often called a UTR) that your bank can trace.

Quick reference: status and next step

  • Pending, submitted recently: wait. Cancelling and resubmitting usually moves you to the back of the queue.
  • Pending, much longer than your previous withdrawals: run steps 2 to 4, then contact support with the reference.
  • Rejected, money back in balance: read the reason, fix the bank details or finish the wagering, then request again.
  • Rejected, money not back in balance: contact support straight away with screenshots; do not submit a second request for the same amount.
  • Completed, not in your bank: check your statement, then ask support for the payment reference your bank can trace.

Whichever line applies, keep a short note of each step you take and when. If the case needs to be escalated, a clear timeline is far more useful to the support team than several separate messages asking for an update.

What to send customer care

When the checks above do not explain the delay, contact support through the official channels on the customer care page, ideally the in-app chat because the agent can see your transactions. In one message, include:

  1. your user ID;
  2. the withdrawal amount, date and time;
  3. the order or reference number and the current status;
  4. a screenshot of the history entry, with bank numbers partly covered;
  5. what you have already checked from this list.

Never include your password, PIN or a one-time code. Support does not need them to look up a withdrawal.

The "release fee" scam

Players posting about a stuck withdrawal in groups or comment sections are often contacted within minutes by someone claiming to be from support, finance or a "payment department". The script varies, but it always ends with a request for money: a tax, an unlocking fee, a deposit to "verify" the account, or a payment to raise a withdrawal limit. Real withdrawals are never released by sending more money to a person. If you are asked for a fee, stop, do not pay, and report the account through the in-app chat. Our article on spotting fake sites and contacts covers the related warning signs.

Make the next withdrawal smoother

  • Bind payout details in your own name as soon as you register, and double-check them before your first deposit.
  • Read the conditions before accepting any bonus, so you know whether your balance is withdrawable.
  • Keep screenshots of deposit and withdrawal confirmations until the money has arrived.
  • Withdraw winnings you want to keep rather than leaving them in the balance, and set limits that match your budget.

Most importantly, only deposit amounts you can afford to lose. Money in a gaming balance is for entertainment, not savings.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a withdrawal take?

It depends on the payment method, the amount, banking hours and whether your account details have been verified. The status in your transaction history is the reliable indicator. If it stays pending far longer than your previous withdrawals did, contact customer service with the reference number.

My withdrawal was rejected and the money returned to my balance. Why?

Common reasons are an unmet wagering requirement on a bonus, a name mismatch between the gaming account and the bank account, or an incorrect account number or IFSC code. The rejection note in your history usually says which.

Someone says I must pay tax or a fee before my withdrawal is released. Should I?

No. Do not send money to anyone to release a withdrawal. This is one of the most common scams aimed at players. Report the contact through the in-app customer service chat.
