When a login fails, the instinct is to keep trying the same thing faster. That rarely helps and can trigger temporary limits on codes or password attempts. Start with the address, then the details you are typing, then the device, and only then the account itself. If you have never signed in before, the step-by-step login guide covers the normal process first.
1. Make sure you are on a genuine page
A surprising number of "wrong password" errors happen on pages that are not the real platform at all. Copy sites accept whatever you type and then show an error so that you try again with variations, which reveals even more about your passwords. Compare the domain in the address bar with the verified URL list before anything else. If the domain is not listed, stop, and read how to spot a fake site.
2. "Wrong password" or "account does not exist"
- Check the number format. Make sure the country code is correct and that you have not added an extra zero at the start.
- Type the password by hand. Browsers often autofill an old password after you change it. Delete the autofilled text and type it fresh.
- Watch letter case and keyboard language. Caps lock, auto-capitalisation on phones and a switched keyboard layout all change what you type.
- Confirm which number you registered with. If you have two SIMs, try the other one. "Account does not exist" almost always means a different number was used at sign-up.
- Reset rather than guess. After two failed attempts, use Forgot password. Repeated guessing can lock sign-in temporarily.
3. The verification code never arrives
One-time codes are sent by text message to the registered number. When they do not show up:
- wait for the on-screen countdown to finish before requesting another code, since each new request can cancel the previous one;
- check that the phone has signal, is not in flight mode, and is not filtering messages from unknown senders into a spam folder;
- confirm the number on screen is the one in your hand, including the country code;
- if you recently ported your number or changed SIM, give the network a few hours to settle;
- try again later if you have requested several codes in a short time, as requests may be rate-limited.
Whatever happens, never share the code with anyone who contacts you offering to help. A real agent does not need it.
4. The page will not load or keeps spinning
Sometimes the account is fine but the address you are using is slow or blocked on your network. Because every verified domain opens the same account, the quickest fix is often simply switching to another address from the verified list. If that does not help:
- switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to rule out a network block;
- close the tab completely and open a fresh one rather than pressing refresh;
- clear the site's cache and cookies in your browser settings (this does not touch your balance);
- update your browser, or try a different one;
- if you use the app, make sure it is the current version from the official download page.
5. Signed in, but the app logs you straight out
Being bounced back to the login screen right after a successful sign-in usually comes from blocked cookies, a private browsing mode that discards the session, or a device clock set to the wrong time. Allow cookies for the domain you are using, try a normal window, and turn on automatic date and time in your phone settings. Battery-saver modes that close background apps aggressively can have the same effect in the installed app.
6. The account looks frozen or restricted
If you see a message that the account is locked, frozen or under review, do not try to create a new account and do not respond to anyone who messages you offering to unlock it for a fee. Restrictions are handled only by the official support team. Contact them through the channels on the customer care page and include:
- your user ID and registered mobile number;
- a screenshot of the exact message you see;
- when the problem started and whether anything changed just before it, such as a new device or password.
7. You suspect someone else got in
Signs include a password that suddenly stops working, withdrawal details you did not add, or transactions you do not recognise. Act quickly:
- Reset your password from a verified domain using Forgot password.
- Check the bound bank account or UPI ID and remove anything that is not yours.
- Contact customer service with your user ID, the time you noticed, and screenshots.
- Change the same password anywhere else you used it, and check your phone for apps you do not remember installing.
When to stop troubleshooting and ask for help
If you have confirmed the domain, reset the password, switched networks and still cannot sign in, it is time to contact support. Because in-app chat needs you to be logged in, use the official Telegram bot listed on the customer care page in that situation. Explain what you have already tried from this checklist; it saves both sides several rounds of messages.
Prevent it next time
Keep one verified domain bookmarked, or install the app, so you are never searching for a link in a hurry. Use a password manager or a unique password you can remember, keep your registered number active, and check that your account recovery details are up to date while you can still sign in.
